Constructed from locally sourced Swedish birch, Sväva (meaning to float in Swedish) draws from the grounded clarity of the Nordic forest.

Its blocky, brutalist form asserts presence, while caster wheels subtly shift that weight into motion. Whether in a home or work environment, Sväva offers a warm and honest presence with an unexpected sense of agility.

The chair’s frame is crafted from solid birch wood, ensuring structural strength and durability. The backrest and seat are shaped from bent birch plywood, allowing for ergonomic curvature with minimal material waste.

The production process is efficient and has a low environmental impact. Birch offers a balance of strength, cost-efficiency, and a naturally warm, tactile surface.
